I did some research on his case with limited contact information provided. I want to check a few things. 1. The authorization isu SoundSoap.
When you start Studio Ultimate 11 for the first time, you will be prompted to enter the serial number SoundSoap. I see a tech last week sent in this link:

Make-overand you have the disk installed with the inscription "Pinnacle Studio Ultimate install CD and follow the instructions in the link above to enter the key you SoundSoap.
Have you tried the proposal of the technology that have given you? I have not found an answer, whether it works or not.
2. In the matter of previously purchased plug-ins do not work, I see you have a group of us who have been activated in the Studio 11 and the other does not.
