I have a friend who said he lost 30 pounds by apple cider vinegar without your diet at all. She takes a spoonful in the morning and then again during the night.

Eat only when hungry and not more than three times per day. Nothing but water in between. Contains a lot of raw vegetables and fruit at each meal, preferably 50%. Activate chewing each bite at least 32 times to generate the UR body signals of hunger or satiety. Follow the signals.

Do light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

States will achieve what they did not even have dreamed that within a reasonable time. Take your time.
