Travel Map Of Spain Trip To Barcelona, Spain?

Trip to Barcelona, Spain? - travel map of spain

I wonder about the best way to France to Barcelona. Is it really seen as in the map of the area? Suggestions on places to see on the road, either in Spain or France? Everything you know about crossing the border? Would it be better to rent a train, bus or a car? And what is the best way is to financially support? We only go in Barcelona for 5 days, and I wanted to see a piece of France to one days is insured? I do not see something important, something comes in French, I've never been. We walked around and around Christmas. Thus, there is something to do in Barcelona?

Come to France in a few hours by train or car, but I think it would be worth it. The Pyrenees will be blocked by snow (unless you want to), skiing, and the French Mediterranean Sea is cold. And with only 5 days is not much to do in and around Barca too. I want to stay there, maybe one day in Figueres, and Tarragona. Here are some things you can do (taken from my previous posts, see http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index ... etc,) also the thoughts of people:

Museums: Picasso, Miró Foundation, the Museum of the City () City Museum. The 2nd is a little outside the Parc de Montjuic, but it is the best collection of works by Miró on the web.

Architecture: Sagrada Familia, Parc Guell, Casa Mila (La Pedrera), Casa Batlló called, in that order. These are buildings of Gaudí, the first two are a necessity, and the 3rd above. You can stroll through the Paseo de Gracia from Casa Mila at least see the outside of the Casa Batlló and other modernist buildings. A short walk along the Tres Creus, Parc Guell, gives a good overview of the aboveLeadership and will help you.

Music: Palau de Musica. Another jewel of Art Nouveau. The attempt to (a concert sure you catch that in the main hall) during the tour. It is very nice and the music is great. Buy tickets online.

Restaurants: Les Quinze Nits (15 nights) at the Royal Plaza - Arrive 20-30 minutes before the opening, as they have no reserves. If you do not go there, try La Fonda (I hear it is) by the same people. Both excellent Catalan cuisine at very reasonable prices.

Also try, 99.9 roots, a local chain, but a good authentic Catalan cuisine. Arrived shortly before the opening, because they have no reserves, and often a single sitting. http://www.origen99.com/web/

Tapas Gaudi Gaudi La Rambla (not Las Ramblas, but near the Sagrada Familia) is a good place to eat tapas.

Nightlife: relaxed clubs around for a bit and try less touristy experience, Plaça del Sol and La Cervesera Artisan (http://www.lacervesera.net/eng/indexeng. ... Best Beer in Barcelona, but is talking about. Everywere Wine drinkingHere's another thing - the reds from Rioja, Penedes white and champagne).

Other: the market, La Boqueria, Las Ramblas, the Barri Gotic, including the Cathedral and Santa Maria del Mar, walk there. Sitges, near the beaches, although the city is decent, if you do not have time to get there.

Excursions: the Monastery of Montserrat mountain and hiking (and Caves, inspired by the Holy Family, if you're lucky), is on the beaches of Sitges (Cadaqués the best, but later the Roman ruins of Tarragona () and beaches). Figueras for the Dali Museum.

You get on a train and you are thirty. Si is close enough and not cost more than about 15 €.

All in all, I would not recommend (for the time) to do more, such as coffee, and be able to say, you're in France. You can search for Perpignan or Carcassonne on one day.

Barcelona is near the French border, but France is a great country and are really far from where one in France.
The drive through France to Barcelona is beautiful. In any case, recommend a car.
The last village in France called from crossing into Spain is Perpignan. This is an exciting place, but is very picturesque.
Lyon is a good place for a visit to Spain nearish and can be on your way depends on your starting point.
In Barcelona you have to go to Park Guell. It is on the edge of a park designed by Gaudi, Spanish architect Eclectic / artist.
In addition, you still look incomplete cathedral "Sagrada Familia".
You need to have coffee on the Ramblas, and only have all the eclectic mix of people and go all the human figures.
